Hi! I'm Meghan. My "day job" is operating The Bar Method Livermore in California. I am a Master Bar Method Instructor and have been teaching classes since 2016. One day, I decided I wanted to spread the fitness love and open my own studio. I love The Bar Method because our exercises strengthen and tone your body in a safe and effective way. Our classes also focus on strengthening your core, building flexibility, and increasing mental resilience.
These are all the same reasons why I love rebounding and decided to become a Certified ReboundUK Instructor! I used to be an avid runner. It felt good to challenge my body with a long-distance run on days when I wasn't doing barre. However, my knees, hip flexors, and shoulders were always in pain. Then I found rebounding - a workout that gives you the same benefits of traditional cardio without the high-impact and the accompanying joint pain. I instantly fell in love with how fun the workouts are, how they changed my body, and how they left me pain-free (but always sore)!
It may seem silly or unbelievable that jumping up and down on a trampoline can help you lose weight and build endurance. But trust me - rebounding is no joke! I get sweat-drenched and sore after every single workout, and my legs and core are leaner than ever before.
